How to apply ATP Tape

a few basics that apply no matter which area you're taping, before you jump into the technique for your specific area below.

Clean, dry skin

remove oils, lotion, and hair from the area so the tape bonds properly and stays on through activity.

Round the corners

cut strips to length and round the edges so they don't catch on clothing and start to peel early.

How long to wear it

typical wear time and signs it's time to remove or replace a strip.
